Aubrey D. Gordon
Aubrey D. Gordon graduated from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina in 2011 where he received his B.A. in Economics and a minor in Entrepreneurship. Thereafter, Mr. Gordon earned his Juris Doctor in 2014 from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama. Following law school, Mr. Gordon passed the Virginia Bar Exam and served as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney in Pittsylvania County, Virginia for nearly two years. During that time, Mr. Gordon personally prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases in various Virginia courts including seven jury trials which involved charges of Attempted Murder, Attempted Arson, Aggravated Malicious Wounding, and Strangulation among others.
After two years in Virginia, Mr. Gordon and his wife Francie decided to move to the Nashville area. They both passed the Tennessee Bar Exam. Mr. Gordon was admitted to practice law in Tennessee in early 2017 and since then, he has been working as an Associate at the Baker Law Group in the Nashville, Tennessee office. Mr. Gordon’s main focus is on personal injury cases and civil litigation, but he also handles other torts (“civil wrongs”), DUI cases, Protective Order violations, Traffic cases, and other general practice issues.
Mr. Gordon is licensed to practice law in all state courts in Tennessee and Virginia in addition to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
